In the coming months, GKCU will install a new software system that
will scan and store all of our member account and loan documents. The
files will then be accessible by our employees, no matter which branch you visit.
It will also include signature pads for transactions at the teller line and more
automated processing by the loan officers. Best yet, the system is completely safe
and encrypted for security purposes. By scanning the documents, we will reduce the
need for the ample storage we use for old files and reduce our paper usage by printing
less documents and receipts. We do not foresee where you will be affected by the new
software, but if you are, please be patient as we make this transition.
