On Monday, June 2, GKCU upgraded to a new processing system (the primary system that manages almost every transaction for members). We thank you for being a part of this exciting journey to a new, improved and more secure system. Best of all, this system has the ability to grow with us and expand as we service your needs for years to come.

Our team continues to work hard to make this transition a smooth one. If you need assistance, please call us or visit a branch. (Please note wait times may be longer).

WHAT Changed:

Account Numbers: Your main member number will stay the same. Account suffixes associated with your various accounts (ie. checking, money market, kids club, etc.) will change. They will have their own unique account identifiers under your main member number. If you have direct deposit or auto-pays set up with those unique account identifiers, you will have to reset those with the new unique account identifiers. If your direct deposit or auto-pays are set up with your routing number and checking account number, you will not need to reset those as those numbers will stay the same.

Online/Mobile App: Our online and mobile services WILL change to provide better, faster and more convenient access. You will need to enroll in our new online service, BANNO, and then download our new mobile app, GKCU2GO. Once you enroll, you can sign-up for CardHub for debit card control and Apple Pay, link into Credit Sense for credit score updates, and use remote deposit and bill pay.

Telephone Access: Access via our telephone attendant is changing from Kraft Talk ARU to i-Talk to improve access and services. You will still be able to call in to check your balance and make transfers but will now have access to check on other accounts like HELOCs and credit cards.

Payment/Maturity Dates: GKCU remains committed to giving you the best, competitive rates available. Unless notified directly by us, your maturity dates for long-term saving investments and payment dates for loans will remain the same.

Debit/Credit Cards: Your current GKCU debit and credit card will remain active until the expiration date. Auto-payments set up with these cards should transfer over and not affect any transactions associated with them. We do recommend that you check your expiration date to make sure you know when to expect a new card.

Checks: The checks you have will be valid during the transition. If you are running low on checks, we suggest ordering more prior to the conversion so there are no delays in getting your new order. Once the conversion is complete, you will be able to reorder checks via our online and mobile services or by visiting a branch.
