GKCU CREDIT CARD Conversion

The time is almost here. We are excited about upgrading our credit card processor so your GKCU VISA Credit Card can go to the next level of convenience and security. As a reminder, the conversion will occur over the weekend of April 10-13 and during the weekend:

• Your existing card with credit limit will remain active for use.

• Viewing and payment access via GKCU2GO online/mobile app will not be available until April 14.

• No new credit increases or new cards will be issued until April 14.

• Cash advance services (including payments via non-GKCU cards) will not be available until April 20.

• If you have issues, call 866-217-7477 or call GKCU and leave a message to be returned during normal business hours on Monday, April 13.

Also, keep in mind:

•  A new card will not be mailed to you until the month your current card expires. (i.e. if your card expires in September, you will get your new TAP card in September).

• Your new card will have the same number with a new expiration date.

• Your exisiting UChoose Rewards will roll over to the new CU Rewards program. To access that account information, visit our website and click on CU Rewards.
