GKCU CREDIT CARD Conversion

 Dear GKCU Credit Cardholder,

 Thank you so much for your continued trust in GKCU to provide you with credit resources like your VISA Credit Card. As you are aware, we recently converted to a new processor and you will receive your new contactless "tap" card in the mail. We know you will continue to find its benefits and convenience for purchases. Here are a few items you need to know:

  • Your new card will be mailed to you during the month your current card expires. (i.e. if your card expires in September, you will get your new TAP card in September). Issuance of new cards will be complete within the next year.

  • To manage your card's activity, see statements and pay balances online, you must do so via GKCU2GO. Enroll your card by clicking on the Velera Credit Card Tab -> Card Management Button. Follow the prompts to set up account information and security features. (READ brochure here)

  • Statements will be mailed to you. If you prefer for your credit card bill to come electronically, enroll for e-statements when setting up your credit card preferences (via GKCU2GO card management button).

  • Your new card will have the same number with a new expiration date. If you are looking to increase your credit limit, talk to a loan officer at any GKCU branch (Schedule an appointment).

  • CU Rewards will now be the processor for your credit card rewards. You must enroll your card via their website at www.curewards.com (or visit our website for the link). Any points you had previously will be carried over. (Read Brochure Here).

  • If you have issues, call 866-217-7477 or call GKCU (if after hours, leave a message to be returned during normal business hours).
